Child support case with a twist
Here’s an unusual child support case involving twins conceived through in-vitro fertilization that took place at least a year after a Massachusetts couple had separated. But he says that he originally consented to the artificial insemination procedure under duress, and that he shouldn’t have to pay. KFWB legal analyst Royal Oakes spoke with Penny Griego and Phil Hulett about this very interesting case.
