The dog ate my — ticket
Russ Berkman has four tickets to the coveted Masters practice round in Augusta, Georgia. He returned to his home in Seattle and noticed his dog Sierra and nearby some strings.
Four strings to be exact — that were supposed to attached to four tickets. The four tickets to the Masters that he and his buddies were supposed to be attending.
Russ looked at Sierra and determined that, yes, his dog ate all of his tickets.
But instead of canceling the trip, Russ took some invasive action to retrieve his tickets. He fed his dog hydrogen peroxide to barf out the tickets. (It turns out its safe to do so, just check with a vet first!)
Russ then had to dig thru the pieces and put them back together. He called the Masters tournament officials and then sent them pictures of the slimy, wet reassembled tickets.
The officials had a laugh and reassured Russ and his buddies they would have no problem attending the tournament.
