The family of a man killed while protecting his son from gunfire is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter. Relatives of Fredrick Martin Jr. are planning to formally announce the reward later today.
Martin, his eight-year-old son and a friend were cleaning his grandmother’s garage in Inglewood last week when they heard gunfire nearby. Martin was hit in the stomach and chest while shielding his son. Police are still searching for the shooters.
