LAPD asks for public's help to ID would-be kidnapper
(CNS) – Los Angeles Police Department sex crimes detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a suspect responsible for the attempted kidnapping of a 13-year-old girl.
Police say the girl was walking home from Hollenbeck Middle School in Boyle Heights Tuesday when the suspect stopped her. He’s described as 35 to 45 years old, about 5 feet 9, with short cut hair, a pock-marked face and a tattoo of a dragon or snake on his left forearm.
