Authorities say this morning that four men have been arrested in South L.A. on suspicion of running a chop shop. The arrests were made by the Taskforce for Regional Auto-theft Prevention, which is better known as TRAP. The four suspects are identified this morning as 30-year-old Rashad Criss and 29-year- old Joshua Gonzalez of Los Angeles, 27-year-old Bryan Agustin of Norwalk and 22- year-old Richard Lopez of Stanton.
