LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Roadway work will prompt closure of some connector roads tonight between the Pomona (60), Santa Ana (5) and Santa Monica (10) freeways near downtown Los Angeles.

The closures will begin at 10 p.m. and will continue until 6 a.m. Saturday, said Peter Jones of Caltrans.

Affected will be all connectors between the 60 Freeway and the 5 Freeway, as well as the connector between the westbound 60 and the westbound 10, Jones said.

The work is part of a $14 million pavement rehabilitation project that is expected to be completed in the fall of this year.
