Clipper Nation thrilled at win over the Jazz

In their first home game of the pre-season, the Clippers defeated the Utah Jazz 96-94. The Clippers (2-2) trailed by 15 points late in the first half, but then led by 11 points midway through the fourth quarter.
They held on for the win thanks to a clutch hoop down the stretch by Jamal Crawford (18 points), and a key late offensive rebound and blocked shot by Ryan Hollins.
Blake Griffin led the Clippers with 23 points on 11-20 shooting. He scored 12 points in the first quarter and 11 more in the third quarter. DeAndre Jordan delivered 11 points, 16 rebounds (seven offensive), three blocks, and two steals. Chris Paul had nine assists without a turnover.
The Clippers will visit Utah on Saturday. Clippers Countdown begins at 5:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Clippers Radio Network, KFWB NEWS TALK 980, with tip-off just after 6 p.m.
