Dodger reliever Kenley Jansen has undergone heart surgery. Wait a minute — what?

 Yeah. Heart surgery. They are calling it a “surgical procedure” to correct an irregular heartbeat. The official release from the team: Kenley is expect to recover and be “fully competitive at the start of spring training.”

 Call me a wimp. But if I just had heart surgery, the last thing on my mind would be “did I lose any speed on my fast ball?”
