The Clippers improved their pre-season record to 4 and 3 with a 97-91 win over the Lakers on Wednesday night. The Clippers held Chris Paul, Jamal Crawford, Lamar Odom, and Grant Hill out of the lineup. The Lakers held out Kobe Bryant and Dwight Howard. Down by one after three quarters, the Clippers outscored the Lakers 25-18 in the decisive fourth period.
Clippers guard Eric Bledsoe literally stole the show. He had 22 points, 11 assists, and nine steals, coming within one steal of a triple double. Matt Barnes added 18 points off the bench.
The Clippers will play their final pre-season game tonight at Denver, and will air on KFWB News Talk 980. Clippers Countdown begins at 6:30 p.m. Pacific time with tip off just after 7.
