FLOWER MOUND, Texas (AP) – One of the contestants still playing on “Survivor: Philippines” has been diagnosed with West Nile virus.
Lisa Whelchel of “The Facts of Life” says she’s “fine, just tired.” Her doctors have told her it’ll take a year to fully recover.
Whelchel hasn’t said if she thinks she came down with the virus while she was in the Philippines.
