UPLAND, Calif. (AP) – A neighbor in one Southern California community says it looked like something out of a movie when FBI agents raided the home of one of four men charged with plotting to kill Americans and destroy U.S. targets overseas by joining al-Qaida and the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Jen Collins lives two doors down from the Upland apartment of Miguel Alejandro Santana Vidriales. Collins says that on Friday morning at least a dozen FBI agents rolled up in unmarked cars and swarmed his apartment, bringing a sledgehammer and crowbar with them.

Federal officials didn’t reveal the federal complaint against the four men until late Monday. On Tuesday, the apartment was shuttered but someone inside was spotted removing a sign that read “Don’t burn the Qur’an, READ IT!” from an upstairs window.
