Sequestration Frustration

This morning Penny Griego and Phil Hulett spoke with CNN’s Chief National Correspondent this morning about what, if anything Congress and the White House are doing to avoid automatic spending cuts as part of the so-called sequestration, which is scheduled to go into effect Friday.
