Radio columnist Gary Lycan dies at age 68
Orange Country Register radio columnist Gary Lycan has died. He was 68.
For most of his time at the Register, he was an editor, and the paper says the radio column was “launched almost by accident.”
In the Summer of 2010, Gary was diagnosed with a particularly nasty form of prostate cancer. But he kept creating an entertaining column, while undergoing treatment.
