Here are the news maker interviews you missed (or want to hear again) from this morning’s edition of LA’s Morning News with Penny Griego and Phil Hulett.

5:30 a.m. – Associated Press Correspondent Warren Levinson checked in from Boston with the latest on the investigation into the Marathon Bombings. Warren gives a preview of what Federal Officials are revealing in their investigation, and gives a sense of how Bostonians are coping with the tragedy.

6:30 a.m. – Criminologist Brian Levin, Director of the Center for the Study of Hate & Extremism at CSU San Bernardino, gave a fascinating analysis of the process investigators go through to piece together every stitch of evidence to hopefully find the suspect or suspects behind the Boston Marathon Bombings.

7:02 a.m. – Associated Press National Security Correspondent Sagar Meghani reports from the Pentagon on the status of the Boston Bombing investigation and what a known terror group is saying about the attack.

8:12 a.m. – OC Register Magazine Executive Editor, Kedric Francis fills Penny  and Phil in on the life and influence of Orange County titan, Henry Segerstrom.

8:38 a.m. – NBC News Justice Correspondent Pete Williams offered his perspective on the Boston Bombing investigation, shedding some light on an FBI search of an apartment and the questioning of a student.
