Today on Business Rockstars, Ken Rutkowski talks with Dale Fox, the co-founder and CEO of Tribogenics Inc., a Southern California startup developing the world’s smallest portable X-ray sources with applications in mining, industrial, medical and military markets. He is a serial entrepreneur and innovator who has launched, grown, managed, and sold several companies based on new breakthrough technologies, including the first company to be focused exclusively on mobile devices. His background includes all aspects of marketing and finance for startups.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, Dale Fox serves as a Mentor for the Founder Institute, a technology startup accelerator and entrepreneur training program. Fox has a strong background in marketing and product development. He has held top management positions at a variety of startups including Chief Monetization Officer at RoleStar, where he helped launch a social gaming app on Facebook; Founder and CEO of Spin Automotive Group, which launched the first company in the US to exclusively rent show-level classic cars; Founder of Phlash, where he invented, designed, prototyped, manufactured, and launched technology hardware specifically for camera phones; and Founder and CEO of Concept Kitchen, where as early as 1993 he invented, manufactured and distributed the first accessories for the mobile/handheld market, including the now ubiquitous screen protector overlays used throughout the electronics industry. Fox received a degree in International Finance and Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
