Obesity epidemic has a high death toll
Uh-oh! The nation’s obesity epidemic may be worse than we thought — four times worse. According to a new study from Columbia University, the death toll from this epidemic may be nearly four times higher than has been widely believed. And that could reverse the steady trend of longer life spans for a generation of Americans.
