Grammy after-party on Mulholland attracts 1,000 people
LOS ANGELES (CNS) – A Grammy Awards after-party in Bel Air Estates attracted police attention when it went on past 3:30 a.m. and had more than 1,000 guests, police officials said.
Police were called to the house on Mulholland Drive at Antelo Place at around 3:30 a.m. with reports of multiple vehicles parked on Mulholland Drive from a big party and they requested help with towing and traffic management from the California Highway Patrol, Officer Alex Rubio said.
A desk officer at the LAPD West Los Angeles Station said it was a Grammy Awards after-party.
“There were over 1,000 people at this party,” said Los Angeles Police Officer and spokeswoman Norma Eisenman.
The CHP towed vehicles and the LAPD cleared the party, Eisenman said. The name of the party host was not immediately known.
