Legally-binding social media prenuptial agreements are the latest rage among today’s active online users. The goal is to prevent the so-called revenge porn or other other embarrassing stories or photos to be posted online during or after a nasty breakup.

Los Angeles-based marriage therapist and author Dr. Sheri Meyers says, “The earlier you have the conversation the less confusion there is later.” For instance, one partner may wind up posting photos online that their partner doesn’t want to be shared.
