About Chris and Teresa
Mortgage industry expert Chris Kungl began his career at the first direct technology mortgage company in the United States. Immediately he found his passion in mortgage finance. Within ten months, at the early age of twenty, Chris became one of the top originators in the nation. Since then, he has partnered with large national lenders helping to grow the nations top mortgage companies. This has expanded his ability to serve clients. Today he is proud to have helped tens of thousands of families accomplish their mortgage goals.
Chris believes that homeowners today deserve to know and understand how their mortgage debt affects their bottom line over time – since most of the cost happens over the life of the loan, not when it is first obtained. His passion comes from using his15 years of experience and personal knowledge with finance to help educate others.
Chris views his client’s best interest is his No. 1 priority and he truly cares about his clients and their families saving money and helping them build wealth through equity.
Chris works hard to stay knowledgeable about the constantly changing industry, loan programs, and guidelines including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
Chris has built his reputation on the following core beliefs:
- Homeowners need honest, timely, complete, and accurate information so they are able to make informed decisions.
- The homeowner’s best interest comes first.
- Advise every homeowner as he would advise a member of his family.
- Satisfied clients remain customers for life.
Guided by these principles, Chris helps homeowners improve their mortgage situation. Current listeners of the Mortgage Radio Show continually refer new listeners, which serves as testimony to his knowledge of the industry and his ability to build professional relationships based on trust.
