One thing I’ve noticed is always that there are plenty of common myths regarding the banking institutions intentions if talking about foreclosed. One misconception in particular would be the fact the bank prefers to have your house. The lending company wants your hard earned money, not the house. They want the money they lent you with interest. Avoiding the bank will still only draw a new foreclosed final result. Thanks for your posting.
