When I studied journalism at the University of North Texas, we reporters were adjured to never quote comments from one side of a controversial subject without balancing it with a comments from the opposite point of view. This morning I hear Don Lemon for 2-3 minutes expressing a “civil rights” pov on the gay marriage issue. Penny: “I totally agree…” “I hate to think what children growing up these days are going to think….” “I agree with you…” Phil: one or two flimsy statements on what the other side MIGHT say… WHERE WAS THE OPPOSING POINT OF VIEW?

I want to refinance my home. The problem is I have perfect credit. Never late on a mortgage payment. And, I have a job. My house value has dropped so I don’t qualify for a conventional refinance. I heard about the HARP 2.0 however although my loan servicer, B of A tells me my loan is a Fannie Mae loan, Fannie Mae tells me the loan is owned by a trust and therefore does not show up in their database. Do you know of any other options? Loans are bought and sold and the borrowers have nothing to say about where the loan ends up. I need help.

Help! My son has been sued for an old credit card, the Summons was thrown on our doorstep 1 month after being filed. I immediately made a (fair) offer to Winn Law, they called 2 weeks later and said it wasn’t enough. On the court website it said the next cour date is May 26th but yesterday my son received a Request to file Default. What’s our recourse?

Don’t pay it and don’t speak to them at all.

Hire an attorney they charge a percentage of the amount owed.

Let Winn take you to court and let them prove that your son owes the debt. A good credit rights attorney knows the methods to make this go away,

Winn and Attorney like them rely on people to be sacred and respond. They served me and I got an attorney and they whole thing went away,

Don’t let them scare you or your son you can also file BK to make them go away too.

Lots of people have to have a medical insurance program, but do not know how to begin seeking or even think they cannot pay for the idea. The fact remains that you just can’t afford not have this.

One thing I’ve noticed is always that there are plenty of common myths regarding the banking institutions intentions if talking about foreclosed. One misconception in particular would be the fact the bank prefers to have your house. The lending company wants your hard earned money, not the house. They want the money they lent you with interest. Avoiding the bank will still only draw a new foreclosed final result. Thanks for your posting.
