Liked your programming when it was News 24-7. Driving in LA, listening to traffic reports and all up to date news was great. The radio shows you have now don’t interest me at all. I’m on the go and need immediate reporting. Is there another station now that is like you used to be? Thanks. . .

Our traffic reports air “on the 1′s” (ie: 6:01; 6:11; 6:21; 6:31; etc.) during our local news shows: Monday-Friday 5am-9am and 3pm-7pm. You can also click on our Traffic link at the top of our site.

So the weekends are all infomericals selling real estate services now? My how the mighty KFWB has fallen. The last two good hosts you had, that REALLY cared about their listeners, were Les Brown and Dan Rosenburg on Car News. You lost another listener for sure. Bad Bad Bad.

I really like KFWB. However, I would appreciate it very much if the sports guys showed respect for ALL sports including the ones they do not like, don’t seem to care for, or even understand. It is unprofessional to diminish the importance of sports that are dear to your listeners. There are other very skillful and much more physically demanding sports than ‘baseball’ and basketball. Learn and report on all sports with same level of knowledge and enthusiasm!

Yes, Leandre, we know that you do, but it ain’t gonna happen, at least not now anyway. If you had listened to him the last week he was on the air, you’d already know that it was his own choice to leave because he wanted to resume his nationwide speaking career, which he had talked about doing. Plus he’s hoping to resume his radio show in national syndication one day.

I’m sorry, Lou, but it looks like Dave Ramsey is thr only show you’ll be hearing on KFWB. I’m sure you know that it was Les Brown’s own choice to end his program like he did, but he wants to bring back his show, only this time in national syndication. In fact, he even said that he was inspired by Dave Ramsey to do that, so hang in there! One day, we may have him back on the air if all goes right!

Les Brown recited a poem just before going off the air on his very last show. I was driving and so I wasnt able to write it down, but it was awesome! Is there anyway you can find that for me? I really need to post those words on my door, they were powerful. If you can post that poem or email me or something it would be greatly appreciated

I hope you’re looking to fill Les Brown’s shoes soon. Listening to a repeat hour of Dave Ramsey and 4 hours of Maggie McKay, c’mon. I wont be listening. I love Dave Ramsey and I listen to his show but I dont want to hear what I already heard. As for Maggie McKay and Michael Shapee, gag me uhhh. Corny.

Evelyn & Jennie, you both need to know, it was Les Brown’s own choice to end his talk show, KFWB had nothing to do with that. He wants to resume his national speaking career, and he hose to concentrate on that, plus he’s planning to develop a new talk show for national syndication. Very disappointed listening to West of Legal at 1 pm Sunday. One big hour long commercial for attorneys. It was blantant commercial for his firms services. Made me sick. Let’s have kfwb have some unbiased commentary.

FYI: Judy & Rhonda, Les Brown has NOT been taken off the air! He was ONLY off all last week, probably taking some time off, even he has to do that too, you know! But his program is STILL on at 2pm every weekday! They wouldn’t still be running his promos otherwise!

Actually today WAS Les Brown’s last day on KFWB from 2-4pm, which he has been announcing for at least a week. He had a one-year contract, which was extended for 90 days. By his own admission is going to be focusing more on corporate speaking and also would like to have a syndicated show.

You are messing up a good thing!!! I LOVE Les Brown during the week and CAR NEWS on the weekends….are they both gone??? Are you trying to lose listeners? Those two shows were the only reason I listend to KFWB. Bad bad business. You don’t care about your listeners. I called over there and no one would even take my call.

Money 101 with Bob McCormick is the WORST show on this station. Bob is very cheesy and gives advice in many cases that is amoral. His ridiculous faux incredulous affect drives me insane. You guys have lost a listener in the morning because of this joker.

Well, Lou & Eleanora, I’m with neither of you, I’m glad that both Laura Ingraham & Todd Schnitt are both gone from the schedule! She was too negative and judgmental, and other than being way too conservative, I couldn’t really gage just where Schnitt’s head was really at, and 1am in the morning is WAY too late, or early to be tryin’ to figure that out. I know that you’ll both disagree with me on this, and that’s fine! It’s where I stand and I’m sticking to it! Like KFWB’s announcer says: We deserve better!!!!!!

Yes, it was too late to listen to both Laura and Todd because both are winners in my book. Conservative or not, now that they are off this station, let’s hope even more of their fans will be able to hear them during the day someplace else! It sounds like a number of us have no reason to listen to this station any longer.

Penny and PhilI, I want to thank you both for making my drive to work Tolerable. I have been a listener for as long as I can recall. But, about 6 months ago I started a new job that is 19 miles away. So, I became a commutter and a habitual listener of the morning show. I was always listener but at night. Once again Thank You for making my commutte tolerable and enjoyable.

I used to listen to “America In The Morning”, every day, and it’s good to hear this show again, thanks for adding it to your lineup! And, “First Light”, also makes a perfect addition, too. Thanks also for dropping Laura Ingraham from the evening lineup! Couldn’t stand her!

I just listened to the new Business Rockstars show 10am-noon and love it. Some great information related to start up, new, and small business. Particlarly interesting to me (Itook lots of notes) as I run a new business networking organization, SuperStar Business Network, that is receiving lots of positive comments locallly and growing quickly.
