NEW YORK (AP) — Beyonce’s splashy show, a freak power outage, and a captivating game combined to generate a record 24.1 million posts on Twitter during Sunday night’s Super Bowl – up from 13.7 million last year and not including chatter surrounding the ads.
A rule of thumb in football: better not to even get to the Super Bowl than to go and lose. That’s the team that has to live with the shame for a year. But San Francisco 49er fans have more reason to be optimistic than most.
