Renee also has a successful show on KFWB called Unfinished Business Tips where she and co-host Betsy Berkhemer encourage and inspire entrepreneurship among listeners. She has won many awards for her leadership and mentoring of other women in business, including the 2007 National Association of Women Business Owners Legacy Award.

Renee earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Southern California, where she has more recently served as an adjunct professor at the Annenberg School of Communications.

Before establishing Berkhemer Clayton, Betsy launched, built and then sold one of the largest public relations agencies in Los Angeles. A graduate of UCLA, Betsy began her career as a journalist and spent her early career with Disney Studios and NBC.
